Who other than you can be responsible…

Taking credit for any of your negative actions is simply common sense. Those who refuse are either afraid or shameless, and destined to be repeat offenders of this. Those who do take credit for their actions are right for doing so, and have clear consciences. After all, who other than you can be responsible for your actions? You can only pretend that someone else is responsible, but it will always be you, and you will always know this to be true. – Jon Kennedy

God was on their side…

America must return to being a God-fearing and loving nation with good moral values, otherwise, we’re on the road to oblivion. If we put God back into the center of our lives and nation, we will be like our Forefathers and forebears who founded this nation after declaring independence in 1776. I absolutely believe that God was on their side, guiding them through the tough times that lie ahead during the revolution with England, which eventually led to the forging of America; a great cause for the benefit of all future generations. They knew that Divine guidance was the only road to victory and peace. Without the presence of God in their lives, we would not be the nation we are now!

Do we want to remain a free an independent nation into the future? We will see if this is truly the desire of the people. If God is restored in the hearts and minds of the people, we will thrive harmoniously as a great nation. If ego leads the way instead – good luck to all of us. Pray for a God-fearing and loving nation to proliferate once again, because we need this more than ever. Remember: “with God all things are possible” (Matthew 19:26). – Jon Kennedy

Positive, carefree thoughts and feelings…

Go back in your mind to the most positive, carefree moments in your life. Now hold onto to those thoughts and imagine it being that way now, no matter what’s going on in your life. In a short time you’ll blot out everything around you except those positive, carefree thoughts and feelings. In a few moments you’re actually there again, be it only in your mind. But your mind thinks it’s real, therefore it is real, because your mind is absolutely real. You can even alter those thoughts and feelings and make them much more fun to experience than they were originally.

Enjoy exciting, positive experiences like this whenever you desire them, not just when you need an escape from the unpleasant moments. Believe it or not, you’ll be living in the moment, and time won’t matter to you because you’re having so much fun. Remember, it’s worth doing this, but only if it’s fun. Have fun! – Jon Kennedy

You can be absolutely certain…

We don’t know where we were before being born and we don’t know where we are going after we’ve passed on. However, you can have faith that God does know the answer to this, and everything else. If you’re not sure of anything else, you can be absolutely certain that we are all with God for eternity, wherever we happen to be! – Jon Kennedy

God is far more powerful…

We must all be kind and not take advantage of each other, because the few at the very top in this world don’t have our best interests at heart. Those at the very top include the world’s richest families, mega-conglomerate corporations and the government. God is far more powerful and loving than all of those entities combined could ever dream of being. The power we have available to us always comes through prayer. Powerful people just think they are making all of our decisions, whether we like them or not. But no matter what happens here on earth, God will be the ultimate decision maker for all of us and the rest of the Universe for that matter! Praise God, not powerful people. – Jon Kennedy

Home is where you stand…

Be a positive, contributing factor…

Unimaginable negative and hurtful things will continue to occur into the future. For that matter, incredible positive and loving things will continue to occur into the future as well. The positive will begin to outweigh the negative if we lean heavily toward the optimistic side. Start immediately; make it a habit that eventually becomes your lifestyle, and be a positive, contributing factor in this wonderful equation toward a scenario of peace and harmony through love. This technology snare…

Why do we rush, rush, rush to get things done? It is technology that makes us feel like we need to be in constant motion.

As technology has improved and multiplied for us, we find ourselves caught up in its trappings, making us move faster and faster to get things accomplished. It’s all an illusion, but this is where we currently find ourselves; on a plain of ever faster motion and little fulfillment from it all.

Is this technology snare a mandatory lifestyle? Only if you say it is, either consciously or unconsciously. Stepping into a simpler lifestyle may seem impossible or impractical. But with effort, anyone can live a life with minimum anxiety and as little technology as you’ll allow, dictating what you do with your time. You decide when you’ve had enough of the tech rat race in your life. Hopefully, after reading this, you’ll feel that you have a choice. – Jon Kennedy

We can live as one…

We all happen to be living our lives, spinning around on the same planet. This should be the first clue indicating to us that we are all connected, regardless of any contrasts.
