All things connect in harmony…

What’s the difference between a huge galaxy and your little pinky? Nothing – it all consists of the same material found throughout Creation. Everything connects to all things, including empty space. And without empty space, there would be no place for everything to connect; all things connect in harmony because of it. – Jon Kennedy

A beautiful life…

There is nothing more beautiful than the beauty you are blessed with to carry you through your lifespan. If you choose less than a beautiful life, then it has been your decision. There is no one to blame other than you.

No matter what appears to be controlling your life up to this point - whether it be your job, health, people, raising kids, the death of a spouse or close loved-one, money, education, the weather, you name it - there is still nothing preventing you from having a beautiful life, unless you so choose.

Defy all odds and have a beautiful life, because you know you can. – Jon Kennedy

Love to give and receive…

God, the highest source of love, has imbued in us not only the experience love once in a while, but to live it in every moment if we so choose, and multiply it in our lives and eternal existence.

God gives every one of us love to give and receive in any quantity at every moment. – Jon Kennedy

Love is all we really need…

To understand that loved-ones are our only prized possessions is to understand that love is all we really need in our lives that truly matters. Of course we need food, clothing and shelter. But without love, this world would be a far lesser place than what we currently see it as being.

Here’s to our acts of love outweighing our acts of hate a million to one! – Jon Kennedy

Love of others…

At some point in your life, you begin to realize that loved-ones are far more precious and essential than material possessions could ever be. Your prized material possessions will come and go, but love of others is forever. Love is truly your only prized possession. – Jon Kennedy

A complete person...

Somehow, up to this very moment in your life, you've had enough to get you here. The illusion is that you should aspire to always have more things; and this can be true, but not necessary.

You are a complete person if you own a car, and you are a complete person if you don't own a home. You are a complete person no matter what, created by God.

Our lives will go on whether or not we have material possessions; they simply enhance our lives and give us varied pleasures to enjoy life further. - Jon Kennedy

Keep your mind in the game...

Stay positive and don't let people or things bother you. Write your own daily positive passages to share with others. Help others in any way possible with your available resources. Through repetition, make this your way of life and keep your mind in the game constantly. Feel great about your life. Help others feel great about their lives. Keep passing this on. - Jon Kennedy

Your ever changing life...

Whatever interested you when you were 10 years old, probably meant little or nothing to you 20 years later. If someone had told you that this would be the case at that young age, it may have been alarming to hear. But 20 years later, it's most likely not even a blip on the radar screen. This is true throughout our lives. We never stop changing. New interests come, old interests go, and some remain with us our entire lives.

Enjoy and embrace your ever changing life. For without change from moment to moment, your life would be over and done. - Jon Kennedy

Your perspective...

How does a million dollars look to someone who earns $35,000 a year? How does a million dollars look to someone who has a billion dollars? It's all about your perspective. - Jon Kennedy

Your personal view...

It all depends on your personal view of the world as to what you pay your attention to and live by. Just a slight shift in your outlook can change your life in a big way. - Jon Kennedy

A genuinely inspired desire…

It’s not up to me or anyone else to make you feel inspired or uninspired with our writings. You are either inspired because the writings relate to your life, or you’re uninspired because they have nothing to do with who you are right now - or ever. You could also feel indifferent about these writings because you simply don’t care about them, or anything else for that matter. It’s also possible that you were, and are a highly inspired person who has already experienced many incredible things, long before any of us wrote them.

Genuine inspiration is not manufactured, it’s in you and it’s who you are. If you are genuinely inspired to take action to go for it, regardless of what it is, you will most likely be successful. A genuinely inspired desire is so great, that you don’t need to write down on paper and reaffirm in the mirror each morning and evening just what it is that you want. It’s a genuine knowing and feeling of exactly what it is that you want, and you are willing to get it no matter who or what tries to block your way.

If you think you know what it is you want in your life but it never quite seems to come to fulfilment, then it’s because you really don’t want this thing as much as you may have thought you did. To prove this theory, just ask yourself: how much of my time and resources did I place into acquiring this thing that I desire so much? The answer will be immediately clear to you.

We are all self-motivated individuals. But sometimes it takes hearing the right words of encouragement from someone else to launch us on our way, and perhaps into the stratosphere. – Jon Kennedy

That which you deem ordinary

We’ve all been sold on one brand name or another through slick advertising for many, many years. We’ve been conditioned to believe that there is only one brand when it comes to buying a car, boat, electronics, appliances, furniture, toys, etc.

The best brand available for a particular product is the one you decided to be the best for you based on your vanity, its popularity, packaging, and your huge desire for that product. Unquestionably, there are other reasons as well for purchasing a product.

Once purchased though, you have to ask yourself a question. Did I buy this product because I really couldn’t live another minute without it, or did I buy it because I was caught up in all of the hysteria?

You may end up liking your purchase very much, or you may discover that you were caught up in of the hype, and you have very little use for your new product. After all, your product may not have existed on the consumer market six months earlier.

Be grateful that you are able to make these purchases, you are living an abundant life. Though this may seem routine for you to be in a position to enjoy the fruits of life, there are many others around the world who can’t even dream about that which you deem ordinary and routine in your life. You are blessed! Enjoy your abundant life to the fullest! – Jon Kennedy

Converse with each other face to face…

Text messaging others has become an easy way for many of us to not have to converse with each other face to face. If texting is used to completely take the place of face to face conversation among millions of people, then it has failed. However, when used constructively, it’s a very useful tool - one that was never meant to deliberately halt people from conversing face to face.

Moderation in text messaging others is key. Remain social. – Jon Kennedy

It could be very well worth your while, because you can always refer back to your notes which will assist you in reinforcing the ideas you would like to see come to fruition. Discover the advantages of note-taking for yourself. – Jon Kennedy

Fully appreciate your world…

If you haven’t taken the time to watch a sunset or sunrise in such a long time that you don’t even remember when, find the time to do it. It’s one of life’s simple, yet powerful pleasures. Take it all in and let its beauty raise your spirit up as far as it can go. Now hold on to this memory until one of life’s next simple pleasures wraps you up in it completely.

Incorporate more moments like these into your life. Not as a novelty, but as a way of thoroughly enhancing your daily life by deliberately slowing things down for a moment, and allowing yourself to fully appreciate your world and all of its elegance. – Jon Kennedy

Do something about it…

Kids see only the adventurous side of life. However, as many of us become adults, the adventurous side of life begins to fade away. We become so serious that we have trouble laughing at ourselves, and we can’t take it when someone wants to pick on us just for fun.

Stay young with a childlike outlook on life for the rest of your life. You are old only when you believe that life has beaten you down and you can’t do anything about it. You can always do something about it, unless you’ve convinced yourself that there is nothing you can do, and you’re trapped.

I would rather live each day with a childlike outlook on life than to admit that it’s over for me because I can’t do anything about my current situation.

And that’s the key – it’s just a situation. A situation is only as permanent in your life as you allow it to be. Don’t allow a bad situation to remain as such when you can do something about it! – Jon Kennedy

In it for the money…

If you didn’t have all of the advertisers offering their many suggestions, in your face, that you need this product or that item, or you’re losing muscle mass year by year after turning 50 – wouldn’t there be much less stress in your life? Of course! The advertisers who tell you that you’re falling apart at the seams or that you can’t possibly live without their products another day, are in it for the money and not necessarily your health. Just imagine that you’re the person attempting to sell your product to the public. See what I mean?

You are on your own to discover what in the world is going on with all of this stuff. You decide what is good for you to associate yourself with, and what to avoid. Just know that your choices may still be, unknowingly, not good for you.

Never stop educating yourself about the vast array of products and services surrounding you. You will be amazed and shocked with what you learn for the rest of your life. – Jon Kennedy

Choose to relax...

If you decide to take a pathway less traveled, you will find much less traffic slowing you down. Doing what everyone else does at the same time means waiting in line to do everything from eating out at restaurants to buying the latest smart phone on the market. Unless you're convinced otherwise, you can do whatever you want, whenever you want, according to your specifications.

Do you really have to eat dinner every night at 6:00 PM exactly? Do you really need the latest smart phone the moment it hits the market? You decide if you want to compete for every single thing that many others desire at the same moment, or choose to relax and wait awhile. - Jon Kennedy

There will be parades and fireworks...

If it rains on your parade or fireworks and ruins your day, don't take it out on others unless you want to see a bad day that you're having turn in to something you end up regretting. Just remember that there will be parades and fireworks shows another day - weather permitting of course. Have a great day no matter what is going on around you! - Jon Kennedy

Bigger barriers...

Once you discover that you can do something you previously thought to be impossible to accomplish, you're now on your way to breaking even bigger barriers with a feeling of incredible empowerment. - Jon Kennedy

This imagined utopia…

Someone who fits the perfectionist mold will never be able to achieve any more perfection in this imagined utopia than what the individual believes it to be in his or her mind. One person’s definition of perfection is unique to them. But it looks and feels entirely different to another perfectionist. – Jon Kennedy
