Positive, carefree thoughts and feelings…


Go back in your mind to the most positive, carefree moments in your life. Now hold onto to those thoughts and imagine it being that way now, no matter what’s going on in your life. In a short time you’ll blot out everything around you except those positive, carefree thoughts and feelings. In a few moments you’re actually there again, be it only in your mind. But your mind thinks it’s real, therefore it is real, because your mind is absolutely real. You can even alter those thoughts and feelings and make them much more fun to experience than they were originally.

Enjoy exciting, positive experiences like this whenever you desire them, not just when you need an escape from the unpleasant moments. Believe it or not, you’ll be living in the moment, and time won’t matter to you because you’re having so much fun. Remember, it’s worth doing this, but only if it’s fun. Have fun! – Jon Kennedy
