Let God take care of the details…

Why should we love our enemies? We are all of God, and disliking others, no matter how misguided they may be is the equivalent of disliking what God has created. It’s easy to love our friends. The real experiment comes convincing yourself that you can forgive and love others who do unspeakable things to you due to their flaws. Forgiving those individuals lets you realize that we are all human beings capable of committing good and bad deeds. Remember, whatever any of us choose do with our lives is usually something we consider to be the right thing, even if it’s a criminal act that God disproves of. So rather than trying to waste time changing people who are unchangeable, open a strong line of communication with God and let the Creator know that you’re concerned about someone’s troubles, including your own, whatever they may be. Just let God take care of the details, keeping in mind that our Creator is infinitely capable of anything at all. Think only about God, not the problem. Why? Because it’s God who will correct any problematic flaws - not us. Repeat this process often and place God, first and foremost, in your daily life. God bless you! – Jon Kennedy
