When the unexpected happens to you or someone you know - whatever it may be - you have the options to adapt to the situation and go on, or fall-apart and become useless. What will it be? Life is full of moments like this or it wouldn’t be life as we know it. By choosing to adapt, your shell gets much tougher, making it easier to deal with the next event that comes along. By falling apart, your shell becomes much thinner, making it even tougher the next time a traumatic situation arises in your life.
